Prima volta che provo Shawnee. Sono rimasto molto deluso. Servizio clienti pessimo. Non tornerò più.

Sono stato in molti posti, ma sono stato a Shawnee due volte e in entrambe le occasioni ho avuto brutte esperienze con gli sciatori. Sono uno snowboarder. Una volta mi sono fermato a bordo pista, senza intralciare minimamente nessuno. E uno sciatore si è avvicinato lentamente a me e mi ha spruzzato, mentre il suo amico diceva "l'hai preso". E poi un'altra volta un altro sciatore ha detto a tutto il suo gruppo di tagliarci la fila, anche se eravamo gli unici in mezzo a loro. Non potevano aspettare un posto? Non mi sono mai sentito così indesiderato in nessun'altra montagna.

This place is absolutely incredible. We are Camelback season pass holders but are deeply concerned about the direction of their ski school. I have an Indy Pass so I decided I had nothing to lose and check out Shawnees ski school. For the same price as 1.5 hours at Camelback you get 3 hours at Shawnee and the level of teaching is far higher. This ski area is clearly dedicated to growing the sport of skiing and the local community. The terrain is generally very mild so it’s fantastic for getting your whole family into the sport.

Great family resort with a nice high-speed quad chair and good variety of trails. Everyone is really nice too. It’s unpretentious here so nobody will laugh at you for having last year’s skis haha. The only thing I wish was better is that the parking is kinda far away.

Great area to learn. Small resort but easy to navigate. Bunny hill area is good for many levels and great for learning new skills rather than constantly going to runs

This is the best place ever to learn to ski in a friendly and relaxed environment. Both of my boys, Robbie aged 3 and Ittie aged 6 had a great time during the 5 days we skied between Christmas and New Year's. Shout out to Robbie's amazing private teacher Theresa, who made his experience so great and managed to even take him to the bunny hill during his last lesson. Ittie's mountain cruiser teachers Walter (who we later discovered also moonlights in a band - great music!), Bruno and Alexandra were also pretty awesome and got him to really enjoy his time on the big slopes. Billy was great for my lesson and taught me so much more that I got out of previous lessons at other places. Mike and Robin, who are some of the folks that run the ski school program were also amazing and really accommodating when Ittie needed to test out of his age group and join a more advanced program for older kids. Overall, we are so grateful for an amazing experience - great job everyone! We have already booked out tickets for President's day weekend and are looking forward to being back here.

Nice place to learn, and ski at. Snowboard terrain looks good when they have enough snow. Some trail areas in the middle and bottom are congested and a bit hazardous with not enough room for everyone.

Shawnee is my favorite to go to year after year. Great for my whole family, including the little ones. Childrens lesson programs were really great for teaching hands-on learning.

Amazing family friendly resort that is great for beginners to experts. Felt very much at home here and welcomed, loved the small family owned vibe.
