Catamount è una montagna fantastica per la zona! Offre una vasta gamma di terreni, da una lunga pista verde lungo la cresta fino a doppie piste nere davvero ripide. Gli ho dato 3 stelle per "terreno all mountain" solo perché non riceve spesso abbastanza neve per godersi il terreno fuori dalle piste con innevamento programmato, ma c'è un terreno fantastico quando nevica. Lo stesso punteggio per l'après-ski è solo perché non c'è una grande scena après-ski come in altre montagne, ma ci sono 2 bei bar, c'è musica nei fine settimana e c'è una splendida area esterna con bracieri. Ho letto diverse lamentele su prezzi e code, ma penso che siano totalmente infondate. I prezzi di biglietti e abbonamenti sono tra i più convenienti in assoluto, e le code sono generalmente molto ragionevoli e molto più brevi rispetto ad altre montagne. A volte c'è un po' più di attesa per biglietti o noleggi durante i fine settimana più affollati, ma a volte è così che vanno le stazioni sciistiche. Hanno anche lavorato per migliorare tutto, dagli edifici agli impianti di risalita, all'innevamento programmato, al parco, ecc. ogni anno. Nel complesso è una montagna fantastica, ideale per le famiglie, gente amichevole, terreno divertente, buona produzione di neve e buoni prezzi!

Sono stato a Catamount quasi ogni anno da quando avevo 2 anni, sono cresciuto qui e lo adoro. Hanno un sacco di ottimi Green, anche alcuni Blues facili e Blues duri, tuttavia non molti Blacks, e i Blacks sono in realtà solo Blues duri. 8/10

Catamount is a good local mountain but they raised their prices. Week day and half day tickets doubled in price compared to last year. Snow making and grooming has declined and can’t compare to where it was in the past. They are definitely experiencing operational issues this season.

I have enjoyed coming here for many years. Easy parking, fair pricing, and on weekdays, is like having the mountain to yourself. I have only two critiques: First, the website and purchasing format, is awful. Too many confusing and unnecessary steps to make a reservation. Second, the lifts are painfully slow. On COLD and windy days, it feels like an eternity up in those chairs. When Catamount was taken over by new ownership, they immediately put a lot of money and effort into its redevelopment. I was hoping that high speed lifts were among the investments! That said, the grooming and trail diversity alone, makes it worth the trip...

I came to Catamount in January 2017 for a quick day of skiing. The area has had no snow at all, but the snowmaking was decent. Conditions aside, the skiing is quite good. However, the facilities are in serious need of updating. The facilities are extremely old and outdated. The main "lodge," and I hesitate to call it that, had 3 toilets in the main restroom, with old, creaky doors that barely worked. The cafeteria was very small, did not have anywhere near enough seating, and again just very outdated. It's fine for a quick ski day, but don't expect much. I will not be returning.
I am a good expert skier, skied all my life and this mtn is good enough for a quick getaway for making turns. Its not Vail but it has a few decent trails to make tracks on. Bumps form on some of the trails if thats your deal, but there are some nice longish runs to make some nice GS turns too. Go Play!

overall i really enjoy this mountain. its small, but very cheap. offers great night skiing. great for skiers or snowboarders just starting out. overall well maintained.
