Super Skigebiet, sowohl für Anfänger als auch für gute Skifahrer finden sich geeignete Pisten bzw off-piste Angebote. Absolut schneesicher durch das riesige Skigebiet incl Mont Fort Gletscher bis 3300m.

Une station absolument pas faite pour les familles : ex1: un enfant tombe sur le tapis roulant et on presse sur le bouton stop pour l'aider. Résultat : vous vous faites joyeusement engueulé par le gars des remontées qui a dû se déplacer (50m) pour remettre le tapis en route. Ex2: il neige et les tapis roulant sont arrêtés...on va gentiment demander a l'employé (un autre) des remontées de mettre le tapis en route. Résultat : ben non, pourquoi à votre avis? Il neige ? Ben oui alors j'vais pas enclencher d'accord. (On notera que le tapis au tipi fonctionne lui. Ex3: les grands grands-parents s'occupent des enfants et dans la journée vous leurs prêter vos abonnements journaliers (il est pas nominatif) pour qu'ils fassent une ptite descente. Résultat : vous vous retrouvez bloqué au remontées parce que vous avez pas le droit et votre abonnement est bloqué avec 240.- d'amende pour avoir osé prêter 1x votre abonnement pour remercier vos grands parents.
Une des stations de ski de meilleures en Suisse. Les pistes sont magnifiques, les gens sont bienveillants, pas de file d’attente devant les télécabines.On y mange bien, devant trabanta le restaurant Maya est super. Salutations au propriétaire Cyril de Chalet Maya qui est excellent.

Magnif station de ski en tout genre
Nice high open location with many runs to challenge non-beginners. But what's with all the T bar drag lifts?! Haven't seen one for 20 years and this must be where they've all ended up. Horrible and antiquated lift system that urgently needs updating. Slopes are way too steep and icy for safe T bars. Too many other resorts do better than this and with MUCH cheaper lift passes. Won't ever be going back.

I skied here in January this year and it was beautiful. There are several beginner/early intermediate runs. We stayed in Thyon-les-Collons at Hotel Cambuse's amazing chalet in the woods. You use the hotel's skiroom and walk across from there right to a T-bar lift. There is also a car park there and a liftpass office so you can get straight on the slopes. The slopes were so quiet. No queues, very peaceful. A lovely place to ski. I imagine Thyon 2000 would be ideal for beginners as you don't have to get on a draglift to get to the slopes and it's very gentle and at a good altitude for snow. I would definitely consider staying there. It would be nice to have more chairlifts in the area. You can ski some long red runs down to Mayen-de-L'Ours and Veysonnaz, so there is something for everyone.
