Nevis Range Recensioni

Visited in the summer. It really is the est way of viewing the mountain. BUT the gondalas are TOO HOT in the summer. It’s like been in a green house for 10-15mins with no way out! There are only two small vents In the roof which do nothing. You’ve really got to get some more ventilation into then Nevis Range!!!! I mentioned it to the lifties at the bottom but they just smiled.

Ive been a few times now. lifts and tows are easy to use and theres plentuy of room on the slopes for everyone. A limited park is set up but that didn't bother me as i like to shred the mountains. Theres also a good restaurant/cafe for hot food. Last time we went we were charged full price for a day pass although there was only a limited amount of snow. They could discount a bit i think in these situations to make it worthwhile taking the journey up. All in all a great place to go.

Had a good day. Departed Manchester at 2am and arrived at Nevis Range just in time for the first lift! Had a good day boarding, enjoying bits of the off piste and the natural half pipe!

road the range on the 4th of march 2008 the conditions not the usual,we had fresh powder and lots of sun. the conditions in this area are as good as any where at the momment.
